Boarding

Prices:

​

Small Dogs (10kg or Under)  $44.00 per day

​

Medium Large Dogs $49.50 per day

​

Additional dog from same home (Sharing) $22.00 per day

• Boarding prices are charged per day. 

• Long stay discounts –  25 days + 10% discount per day (not including public holiday weekends or Christmas and Easter period – full charge on these days apply).

• Prices include Individual play/exercise time, indoor temperature controlled facilities for sleeping, premium Blackhawk kibble and feeding up to 3x per day.

 

We accept almost all dogs in to boarding, however if you dog has high levels of anxiety, nuisance barking or any other behaviours that are not compatible with boarding please give us a call to discuss management of these behavioural issues.  If you are unsure, please contact us to discuss.

​​​Doggy Day Care is available to all friendly dogs who play well in a group.  Day care includes daily treat, socialisation, exercise, fun activities and indoor facilities for extreme weather. Available Monday to Friday​

General questions:

​

• What are you opening hours and can I just turn up anytime?

  • We are a small home based business and ask that you make an appointment time for drop off and collection of your dog.

  • If you would like to come and have a visit before booking your dog in please make an appointment.

• What do I need to bring for my dog?

  • A collar that your dog can comfortably wear for the duration of their stay.

  • Any medications or specific foods/ supplements your dog requires.

  • Any items of comfort you want your dog to have, i.e. jacket for colder days/nights, favourite blanket or toy.

• What do we provide? (you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer)

  • Bedding – Trampoline, vet bedding and blankets.

  • Stainless steel bowls.

  • Food, treats and toys.

• Do you cater for dogs with medical needs?

  • Yes we do, and can assist in;

    • mandatory rest after surgery

    • rehabilitation including swimming (spring, summer and Autumn only)

    • Medication management

    • Wound care and management

• Do you do boarding and training?

  • Yes, please see our training page

• What if my dog doesn’t like other dogs?

  • This is ok but please let us know when you are booking in.

• Are all dogs suitable for boarding?

  • We do not accept dogs that have severe anxiety including excessive barking, destructive behaviour or behaviour that will induce a medical condition. If you are unsure if this is your dog please call us direct and we may need to book your dog in for a day care assessment before you go away.

  • We do not accept dogs that have any form of aggression towards people (including children).

 

Requirements:

All dogs booked in are required to provide proof of up to date C5 vaccination and be flea free and regularly wormed.

 

Please let us know if your dog has a fear of thunderstorms at drop off so we can put them in to a safe environment where they are more secure should a thunderstorm occur during their stay.

 

Upon drop off and pick up, please wait at the gate and we will come out to you.
